What JOKA collects

For event registration, JOKA collects your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, optional Instagram handle, registration source, consent choices, Player ID, episode access details, and attendance status.

Why it is used

We use this information to register you, issue and retrieve your eTicket, prevent duplicate access, admit you at the venue, support future JOKA episodes, and send updates only when you choose to receive them.

Who can access it

Access is limited to authorised JOKA operators and service providers needed to run registration, email delivery, hosting, and event entry. Your QR code is an access credential. Do not post it publicly.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional and separate from event registration. Following JOKA on social media is also optional. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact JOKA through the official @followjoka account.
